Job Responsibilities of the Debug Technician:
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software applications
- Performing/assisting with the repair process
- Ensure product quality through the repair and test of products
- Ensure product specifications are met
- Document issues and report potential quality related problems
- Order correct parts using documented procedures
- Conduct data collection and analysis for use in problem solving and continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
- This is a fully onsite position, must be able to report onsite daily
- NO TRAVEL REQUIRED!
- Technical experience needed - personal or professional
- Familiarity with Windows or Linux operating systems and related software tools
- Ability to identify quality related issues
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Close vision and ability to distinguish between colors
Hours:
- Day, Evening and Night Shifts available!
- Overtime occasionally, on a voluntary basis
- 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday
Pay:
- $22-$30/hr **Based on Experience**
