Fast growing metal manufacturing company is seeking skilled CNC Lathe or Mill Machinist to join their team in Corona CA.
The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathes or mills to produce precision metal parts according to engineering drawings and production requirements. This role requires strong machining knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathe or CNC mill machines to produce metal components.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain part accuracy.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Monitor machine troubleshoot issues as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience operating CNC lathes or mills (Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or similar).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, speeds, feeds, and tooling.
- Experience in a metal fabrication or machining environment preferred.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Pay $25-$30 DOE
