Facilities Coordinator – Bellevue, WA (Contract-to-Hire)
We’re hiring a Facilities Coordinator for our client in Bellevue, WA. This is a 100% onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity paying up to $35/hour plus benefits. The client is looking to hire quickly, and we’re interviewing now.
About the Role
You’ll support daily operations of the physical facility, including scheduling outside contractors and vendors for building maintenance and equipment repairs, performing floor walkthroughs and preventative maintenance inspections, and coordinating conference room and catering setups.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct daily facility floor walkthroughs to proactively test systems and submit maintenance requests or schedule service calls
- Perform conference room resets and verify room readiness
- Submit facilities tickets with property management and schedule vendor maintenance
- Restock office supplies and maintain equipment in designated areas
- Keep kitchen areas organized and stocked
- Set up conference rooms, furniture, and catering for onsite meetings
- Support employee events, including coordinating deliveries, setup, and teardown
- Sort and deliver incoming packages
- Coordinate employee and departmental office moves
- Complete employee facilities ticket requests
- Provide in-office support for departments and EAs
What You’ll Bring
- 2-4 years of facilities experience
- Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
- Experience with space planning and facilities walkthroughs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
