Operations Manager – LEAP Program (Empowering Blind and Visually Impaired Youth)
Location: Based in Burlington with occasional travel
ReSOURCE is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our Learn, Earn, and Prosper (LEAP) program—an innovative workforce development initiative helping blind and visually impaired youth build confidence, gain work experience, and achieve their career goals.
This full-time leadership role oversees both virtual and in-person programming, fostering partnerships, advancing technology-based learning opportunities, and supporting participants on their path to independence and employment.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations, schools, and employers
- Oversee program development with a special focus on technology and accessibility
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff and mentors
- Coordinate participant outreach and engagement
- Collaborate across ReSOURCE departments to ensure program excellence
- Occasionally support evening or weekend program activities
