Position Overview
ReSOURCE is an innovative non-profit organization with the mission of environmental stewardship, job skill training, and poverty relief. ReSOURCE’s Training programs provide youth and adults with barriers to employment with job skills and career development training, and facilitate the transition into the workforce. The Recruitment Coordinator will provide valuable administrative support to Training staff and participants by maintaining critical screening, onboarding, record keeping, and payroll systems; and support program stakeholders ensuring timely recording and reporting of demographic and performance data. This position reports to the Training Director and may become hybrid (in person and remote) after successful training (expect to be fully on-site for at least 3 months) . This is a .5 FTE (20 hours per week) position. Some flexibility in work hours is available. Some occasional travel to ReSOURCE sites may be required (mileage reimbursed).
Goal of Position
- Manage and oversee all aspects of participant recruitment, from application and screening to onboarding.
- Maintain databases that track participant demographic and outcome data.
- Assist with new participant intake process.
- Provide timely and accurate data for grant and internal reporting.
- Screen program applicants to determine readiness for participation.
- Produce invoices for tuition payments for partner agencies.
- Provide in person training services as needed to Work-Based Learning.
- Refer applicants to partner agencies for supportive services.

Position Responsibilities
Payroll and Participant Stipends
- Input all new trainees into ReSOURCE’s payroll database and ensure proper documentation for payroll eligibility.
- Ensure onboarding paperwork is complete and trainee placements get entered into database.
Database Management
- Facilitate intakes with new participants and input data into ReSOURCE database to accurately capture demographics and barriers.
- Update databases throughout participant enrollment to capture outcome data, progress towards goals, and achievements.
- Compile and report data as needed monthly and quarterly to satisfy grant reporting requirements.
Applicant Screening and Support
- Facilitate intakes with new participants and input data into ReSOURCE database.
- Conduct initial phone screens with applicants to pass on to program coordinators.
- Support trainees in applying for tuition from partner agencies and supportive services.
- Oversee and manage recruitment and onboarding process for all applicants to ReSOURCE’s workforce development programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in the MS Office software suite and Office 365 network.
- Experience in project management software (Asana) helpful but not required.
- Experience in screening and interviewing.
- Experience working in an office environment.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
