Role Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day activities related to our dumpster monitoring and service dispatch business.
Role Description
- Handles daily dispatch activities (approximately 3–4 hours per day) across multiple accounts.
- Uploads and conducts quality control on AI-entered bills
- Follows up with clients and haulers regarding missing monthly bills
- Tracks and reports daily missing bills; identifies repeat issues and escalates through established resolution processes.
- Tracks price increases and updates internal records as appropriate
- Prepares & maintains reports and records for processing.
- May manage multiple tasks on multiple projects including answering phones, printing and/or creating training materials, data entry, scheduling meetings and training sessions and filing documents.
- Completes special projects as assigned.
- Identifies key monthly values for billing purposes, independent of analysis and service descriptions; credits requests and missed pickup
Role Competencies
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with businesses, property managers, students and other groups and organizations is preferred.
- Experience working in waste service management or bill entry is preferred
- Proven ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
