We are partnering with a well-established and nationally recognized landscape design/build firm seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Crew Leader to support high-end residential and commercial projects within the Massachusetts 495 Belt. T

The ideal candidate will have experience leading crews, reading plans, operating equipment, and working within fast-paced landscape construction environments.

- Lead and direct landscape construction crews ranging from 2–6 team members
- Perform and oversee site grading, masonry, concrete, stonework, and general landscape construction activities
- Operate company equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, tracked loaders, chop saws, and related tools
- Read and interpret landscape plans, drawings, and project specifications
- Utilize transit equipment to shoot grades and support accurate site layout and installation
- Minimum 3 years of landscape construction experience
- Background in masonry, concrete, stone finishing, or related site construction work
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- MA Hydraulics License, DOT certification, and OSHA 10 required
- Strong leadership, communication, and crew management skills
- Pre-employment background screening required
