Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Support customer orders, quotes, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers.
- Maintain customer records in Salesforce/Sage.
- Manage leads and provide customer support.
- Assist with process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Order Management.
- Experience with Salesforce, Sage, or similar CRM/ERP.
- Laboratory or Life Sciences background preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
