- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define project scope and requirements
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals
- Manage Agile/Scrum or hybrid project methodologies
- Oversee risk management, issue tracking, and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate across teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and vendors
- Track and report project progress, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Ensure quality standards and compliance across deliverables
