Landscape Estimator

Overview
We are hiring a Landscape Estimator to lead project pricing, scoping, and pre-construction planning. This role is critical to ensuring projects are accurately estimated, buildable, and profitable.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain estimating systems (LMN), including templates, assemblies, and pricing
- Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and material takeoffs
- Review plans to identify scope gaps, risks, and cost impacts early
- Partner with sales, design, and field teams to align scope with execution
- Support proposals with value engineering and alternates
- Assist with field verification and pre-construction planning
Requirements
- 3 years of estimating experience in landscape or construction
- Strong plan reading and takeoff skills
- Understanding of how landscape projects are built in the field
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to work in both office and field settings
Must-Have
- Direct experience in landscape construction, including:
- pavers, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, landscape lighting, and/or pools
Preferred
- Experience with LMN (Landscape Management Network)
- Prior estimating or preconstruction experience
