We are partnering with a well-established hospice provider to identify an RN for an on-call role supporting patients across the Franklin and Adams Counties.
Pay and Schedule
$90,000 – $93,000 per year
- Monday - Thursday
- 4:30pm – 8:00am
Responsibilities
- Provide after-hours support to hospice patients and families
- Collaborate with centralized triage team
- Complete PRN visits, admissions, and end-of-life care support
- Maintain documentation using Homecare Homebase
Territory
- Franklin and Adams Counties
- Travel required within assigned coverage area
- Mix of facility and home-based hospice care

Requirements
