Pay Transparency Notice
Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $80,000 to $90,000 /yr. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays.

- Lead through vision. Keep the Company’s vision at the forefront in decision-making and action.
- Knowledge of relevant product development methods and best practices (i.e. Design for Manufacturing, PFMEA, Lean, Agile development).
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent people skills required.
- Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Required Education:
- BS in Engineering or related field
- Advanced degree in Engineering or related field
- Hearing or medical device experience preferred.
- Understanding of LEAN methodologies, the tools and has experience using them.
- 2 years of experience in a production environment with assembly and leading engineering projects.
- Limited travel as needed by project. 2-3 weeks annually.
