We are a team-oriented organization that focuses on delivering outstanding service for our customers and are looking for an organized and driven professional to join our team as an Installation/Service Technician.This person will be an integral part of our organization and will report directly to the Area Manager. The qualified individual must have sound knowledge in cabling and general computer skills and will be responsible for multiple customer visits each and every day. These visits will include site surveys, installing equipment, troubleshooting, ensuring the quality of internet, educating our customers, and all applicable paperwork to complete the job.Bring your computer, electrical, maintenance/repair, general labor, cable, military, customer service and/or customer relationship experience to Resound Networks and join our growing team!Responsibilities:Installs new customers and complete documentation of installationServe existing customer with Service Calls at customers houseMaintain rapport with customers by identifying solutions for problems as well as educate customers on WIFI and WIFI solutions for each individual home.Upkeep of company and customer equipment by following operation instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies; performing preventative maintenanceQualifications:Basic Computer KnowledgeGood JudgementInterpersonal SkillsConfidenceTroubleshooting SkillsResults DrivenCompany DescriptionResound Networks LLC is a growing internet service provider (ISP) that is servicing over 400 communities across 7 states.
