Maintenance Technician – Resort Property
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician for our resort. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with Trane HVAC equipment, cooling towers, electrical systems, and plumbing maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Trane HVAC systems
- Knowledge of cooling tower operation and maintenance
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair experience
- Ability to work independently and respond to maintenance emergencies
Note: This position focuses on building and facility maintenance. Landscaping experience is not required.
