This role will be in person at our energetic NYC headquarters. The base salary for this role will range from $130,000 - $160,000 per year, and will be eligible for equity, commensurate with experience.
- Analyze trends and underlying issues within the business; you will be responsible for understanding impacts in a multi-sided marketplace
- Effectively communicate learnings and recommendations to key stakeholders; you will collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization to develop and deliver on your roadmap
- Drive improvements in our operations with stakeholders across marketing, sales, account management, etc.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic and financial planning for the business
- Prepare board materials and similar presentations
- 3 years experience in a Business Operations, Business Analyst or Product Strategy/Analytics role at a high growth tech company
- Experience working in management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital preferred
- Must be proficient with SQL and have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Extremely comfortable with financial modeling and complex data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communicator; you have the ability to tell a story combining data with qualitative insights, and you understand how to tailor your communication to any audience
