About the Role
As a Guest Services Representative (GSR), you’re the friendly face and helpful voice that makes each guest feel right at home — from the first “hello” to the final “thank you.” You’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring our guests’ stays are smooth, warm, and worry-free.
Your day might include:

Greeting guests with a genuine smile and managing check-in/check-out efficiently

Anticipating needs and resolving guest questions or issues quickly and professionally

Communicating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless service

Handling calls, messages, and emails with positivity and care

Keeping accurate records, shift checklists, and reports

Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Qualifications:What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required

Customer service experience preferred — hospitality experience is a plus!
