Position Summary
The Housekeeper ensures guest satisfaction by cleaning and servicing guest rooms and maintaining high standards of presentation and comfort.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas.

Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies.

Follow checklists to maintain consistency.

Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Communicate room status and guest needs.
-
Support housekeeping team efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities

Assist with additional cleaning tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
Education & Experience

High school diploma preferred.

Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
Skills & Competencies

Good organizational habits.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements

Frequent lifting (up to 40 lbs), bending, walking, and standing.
