Position Summary

The Housekeeper ensures guest satisfaction by cleaning and servicing guest rooms and maintaining high standards of presentation and comfort.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas.

• Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies.

• Follow checklists to maintain consistency.

• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.

• Communicate room status and guest needs.

• Support housekeeping team efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with additional cleaning tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma preferred.

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.

Skills & Competencies

• Good organizational habits.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting (up to 40 lbs), bending, walking, and standing.

• Ability to push/pull carts.

Work Environment

• Indoor/outdoor work based on property layout.
