Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties, guiding them through every step of the transaction process

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various platforms, including social media and online listings
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve favorable terms for clients while adhering to Fair Housing regulations
- Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction progress using administrative tools
- Stay informed about local market trends, property management practices, and relevant real estate laws
- Build and nurture relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related administrative roles within the industry is preferred
