Resort Management & Consulting Group is seeking an energetic and outgoing Activities Coordinator to help create memorable vacation experiences for our owners and guests. If you enjoy working with people, planning fun events, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you!
Position Details
- Part-Time / Seasonal
- Non-Exempt Position
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
What You’ll Do
- Plan, organize, and lead weekly activities and special events for guests of all ages
- Coordinate fun resort activities including games, holiday events, tie-dye, competitions, and group activities
- Promote a friendly, upbeat, and engaging atmosphere throughout the resort
- Provide outstanding customer service to owners and guests
- Assist with activity setup, cleanup, and maintaining recreational equipment and supplies
- Supervise pool and common area activities
- Support activity scheduling, supply ordering, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the resort during scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
