- 5 years of experience in Information Management, Information Governance, Document Control, or Records Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server administration, configuration, and governance capabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in taxonomy development, metadata management, and information architecture.
- Experience designing content classification frameworks and document governance models.
- Strong understanding of enterprise content management (ECM) principles and best practices.
