Resolve Tech Solutions (RTS) would like to bring on board Few customer Service Representative’s (CSR’s) on contract.
- These are contract-to-hire roles with the potential to be hired by our client, ideally at the end of 3 months mark or 6-month mark.
- The contract duration is open until the CSR is hired by our client. Hiring decisions are based on performance.
- Drug screen and background check clearances are required for start date. (We do not accept medical Marijuana cards)
- There will be an initial training period of 10 weeks (Mandatory attendance), with the 1- 2 weeks onsite. Only a max of 1 day’s leave is allowed during this training period as there is lot of material to cover, and in order for the CSR’s to have successful training, we ideally prefer that they don’t miss any day.
- After first 1-2 weeks onsite, selected candidates will work REMOTELY. Equipment will be provided.
Start date of training class – August 24th, 2026
Rate Range: $16-$18/hr W2 Pay rates (Depends on Customer Service experience). Please note: This is a contract role through RTS and does not offer PTO or paid vacation.
Training period: Tentatively from Aug 24th -Nov 6th: Aiming for 10 weeks training period
Locations: Fort Smith, Little Rock or NW Arkansas, (Fayetteville area)
Job description:
- Customer Service-related Experience
- Excellent communication and aptitude to solve problems
- Ability to work from home and have a home internet set up with required Mbps internet speed to handle calls.
- Excellent MS office skills
- Should be familiar working on applications (data entry)
- Bachelor’s degree, Bilingual (Spanish) speakers are a huge plus
