Resolve Tech Solutions (RTS) would like to bring on board 18-20 Customer Service Representative s (CSR s) on contract.
Locations: Fort Smith, Little Rock or NW Arkansas, (Fayetteville area)
Job description:
- Customer Service-related Experience
- Excellent communication and aptitude to solve problems
- Ability to work from home and have a home internet set up with required Mbps internet speed to handle calls.
- Excellent MS office skills
- Should be familiar working on applications (data entry)
- Bachelor s degree, Bilingual (Spanish) speakers are a huge plus
After first 1-2 weeks onsite, selected candidates will work REMOTELY. Equipment will be provided
