Job Title: Technical Lead

Overview

The Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex IT applications and systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead application development projects from concept through deployment, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business needs into scalable software solutions.
• Guide and mentor development teams in applying user-centered design principles and modern development practices.
• Oversee integration of technologies across Angular/TypeScript, Java/.NET Middleware, and Oracle Database environments.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers and architects to align technical direction with strategic objectives.

Required Experience

• Minimum of twelve (12) years managing application development projects of similar scope and complexity.
• Proven hands-on experience with TypeScript and Angular Framework development.
• Strong technical background in Angular/TypeScript, Java/.NET Middleware, and Oracle Database development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, processes, and technologies effectively.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Quantitative Analysis, or a related field.
