Senior Grants ManagerThis role focuses on high-level technical assistance and the strategic oversight of the client grant portfolio.Strategic Advisory: Provides accurate regulatory and fiscal policy guidance to grant recipients.Risk Mitigation: Identifies and recommends mitigation strategies for recipient risk factors and regulatory compliance issues.Training Leadership: Oversees the delivery of Grants Management Training and Technical Assistance (T&TA), including workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching.Complex Reviews: Assists Federal staff with conducting Enhanced Financial Reviews and analyzing recipient waiver requests.Process Improvement: Analyzes work processes and internal systems for effectiveness and develops improved procedures.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Business, or Finance.Certifications (preferred):CGMS (Certified Government Grants Manager): Validates expertise in the full grant lifecycle and federal regulations like 2 CFR 200.GPC (Grant Professional Certified): Focuses on the broader scope of grant oversight and technical assistance.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYResolveSoft, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
