Sr. Paralegal - Civil Litigation

POSITION SUMMARY

Resolvere Law is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Litigation Paralegal with 8 years of experience to lead and execute across all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy and discovery through motion practice and trial preparation.

This role requires a high-performing professional who not only manages complex litigation matters independently, but also drives operational consistency, elevates team performance, and contributes to the firm’s long-term growth. This is not a task-based support role. The Senior Paralegal is expected to take full ownership of case execution, proactively identify risks and inefficiencies, and implement solutions that improve accuracy, speed, and quality across matters. You will serve as a trusted partner to attorneys and a resource to junior staff, helping build scalable systems, refine workflows, and establish best practices across the litigation function.

We are looking for someone who leads through action, accountability, and is prepared to play a key role in developing both people and process within a growing firm.

ABOUT Resolvere Law

As a team member at Resolvere, you are a part of our mission, as we cut through legal noise to propel individuals and businesses from being 'stuck' to moving forward.

Resolvere is a results-driven civil litigation firm on a mission to grow from a boutique practice to a preeminent litigation leader in Arizona by 2036. We represent individuals and businesses who need someone to ‘answer the call’ and take action. Because our clients ‘expect real results’ — and every member of our team does too.

Our core values are not talking points. They are the standard we hold ourselves to every day: inspirational, aligned, results-oriented, adaptive, accountable, and transparent.

We invest in our team's personal, professional, and financial growth — because we know that building something great starts with the right people. If you are ready to be challenged, take ownership, and grow with a firm that means it, we want to hear from you.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

A successful paralegal at Resolvere takes full ownership of their matters and consistently delivers high-quality legal work across a demanding, fast-paced caseload. In this role, success means:

  • Billing approximately 1,600 hours annually, the threshold that unlocks target incentive compensation beyond discretionary bonuses, while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail
  • Independently managing complex litigation matters end-to-end with minimal oversight, while proactively identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Producing advanced level legal drafting, managing all correspondence, demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Driving consistency and accuracy across filings, calendaring, and discovery through the development and refinement of workflows, templates, and SOPs
  • Serving as a resource and mentor to junior staff by providing guidance, training, and quality control feedback that elevates overall team performance
  • People and process management for junior staff, attorneys and administrative layers
  • Proactively communicating case status, risks, and strategic needs to attorneys in a concise, solution oriented manner;
  • Contributing to operational improvements that increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the firm’s ability to scale
  • Embodying Resolvere’s core values.
