ResolveGrid is an agentic AI platform for field service intelligence. We help enterprises support their field technicians with AI-guided workflows, computer vision, AR video calls, and live expert assistance. Spun out of Xerox, we are building the technician intelligence layer for field-service-heavy industries.
We move fast, and this is a ground-floor commercial seat with a clear path to grow as we do.
The RoleYou own the top of our funnel. You will run high-volume, multi-channel outbound across our target industries, open conversations with prospects who have never heard of us, qualify hard, and book the meetings that turn into pipeline. This is a hunting role: the phone, the inbox, and LinkedIn are your tools, and you will live in all three.
You will work directly with the C-level team, and the meetings you book are the engine behind our growth. What you bring back from the market shapes how we sell.
What You’ll Do• Generate qualified pipeline through relentless, multi-channel outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Research target accounts and tailor your outreach to each contact’s industry and field-service pain (HVAC, med-tech, utilities, industrial, and more)
• Qualify hard and book discovery meetings for senior team members
• Own your numbers: track activity, conversion, and pipeline in the CRM
• Bring objections and market signal back to product and marketing
• Help build the outbound playbook we will scale the team on
What We’re Looking For• A track record of hitting or beating outbound targets in a prior sales role
• Hunter mentality: you are energized by opening cold doors, not just working warm ones
• Resilience under volume: you treat a “no” as data and move to the next dial
• Sharp written and verbal communication; you sound credible to enterprise buyers
• Genuine curiosity about technology; you can learn a technical product and talk about it convincingly
• Organized and metrics-driven; you can own your pipeline end to end
• 1 to 2 years in a BDR, SDR, or comparable sales role (recent grads with standout sales results welcome)
Bonus Points• Exposure to field service, industrial, HVAC, med-tech, or enterprise SaaS
• Familiarity with sales-engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo)
• Interest in AI and agentic products
