Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 paid after 30 days of employment and distributed over 12 months.
Available Shifts
- 1 NOC Shift 6:30PM - 6:00AM (Wednesdays & Saturdays only)
- 1 DAY Shift 6:00AM - 6:30PM (Thurs, Fri, Sat or F, S, S)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (required).
- SNF/LTC experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a resident-focused approach
