Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with staff, management, and clients to support the client services team in achieving departmental goals by providing guidance, coordination, and informed input on planning, execution, and decision-making, with consideration for operational and organizational impact.
- Build, maintain, and grow productive long-term client and partner relationships by ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds expectations, overseeing the quality of client communications, and supporting client enrollment, plan amendments, and other compliance-related requests.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements within the client services function, while supporting the development, adoption, and effective use of ORCA, NetSuite, and related tools.
- Support commercial growth by contributing to client acquisition strategies, development of new compliance service offerings, accounts receivable efforts, and the creation of client-facing communications and materials such as marketing content, presentations, circulars, newsletters, and website updates.
- Partner with the Client Services Data Analyst and leadership to support market analytics, performance reporting, and the development of client prioritization frameworks to guide service delivery and commercial outreach.
- Support the planning and execution of compliance webinars, in-person training/exercises, seminars, client meetings, and industry events, including regular engagement with clients and industry partners both virtually and in person.
- Proactively collaborate with internal Resolve teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and disseminate relevant market intelligence, client data, and insights to support revenue growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, Finance, Economics, International Business, Engineering, Maritime Operations, or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting maritime regulatory compliance and emergency response readiness under frameworks such as the Oil Pollution Act of 1990, applicable U.S. state and federal requirements, and comparable international regimes. Hands-on experience in project coordination, logistics, contracts, or emergency response operations is a plus.
- Intimate understanding of the Unified Command and Incident Command structures as well as the National Response Framework in the United States.
- Proven knowledge of USCG structure and operating capacities in all U.S. Ports.
- Proven knowledge of maritime situational awareness.
