Must take initiative, ability to prioritize while working under pressure to meet timelines and objectives. Most responsibilities are largely done manually and require superior attention to detail. Able to work effectively with a diverse group of students and coworkers.

Position Responsibilities
- Assists in updating daily: activity screen, website, calendars (Outlook and Aladtec). Check for web registrations, voice mail.
- Always available to clients and students via phone, email, webchat or in-person.
- Assists with billing, processing payments, petty cash, reporting weekly and monthly student numbers and income.
- Assists in preparing all course materials (approx. 200 students a month) for instructors and students from registration to graduation.
- Assists in providing clients with different and specific requests regarding their student’s records.
- Assists in social media post creation (i.e.: pictures and videos)
- Assists in ordering consumables.
- Assists in accurate tracking of student attendance and all documents related to course. Maintain students records in accordance with company QMS.
- Check-in students, collect ID’s.
- Maintains confidentiality of student/employee personal info exposed to during business.
- Cleans and sanitizes classrooms and common areas.
- Notifies Senior Office Administrator of any problems and proposed resolutions.
- Additional tasks or projects assigned by the Senior Office Administrator.
- High school diploma
