Position Responsibilities
Position Requirements:
Up to 25% travel is required. If additional travel is required beyond the specified amount, based on the operational demand, you will be notified accordingly so arrangements can be made. Ability to work on remote or distant projects as needed for several months. 24-hour and 7-day-a-week availability based on project or emergency response needs.

Position Responsibilities
- Function as an instructor in the teaching/instructing of Resolve Maritime Academy classes.
- Function as an Emergency Response Team Member / Fire Fighting Strike Team member used for deployment.
- Ensure the strict adherence to Resolve Maritime Academy policy and procedures, and the correct maintenance of the simulators and surrounding areas.
- Be able to use all teaching aids.
- Work with the Fire School Training Manager to assess and refine classroom and practical portions of existing classes.
- Work toward completion of instructor IQM.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe training environment.
- Treat all students, fellow instructors and Resolve employees with respect.
- Report any injuries to Lead Instructor, Training Manager or Fire School Manager as soon as possible.
- Complete all required paperwork.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Structural Fire Fighter Certificate or some military equivalent experience may apply.
- The ability to obtain USCG approval to teach field exercises, following date of hire.
- Must possess general Microsoft Office suite knowledge.
