We are seeking a highly motivated Asset & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate movement of assets throughout our warehouse and supply chain.
The role involves performing a variety of logistical and warehouse duties, including inventory management, order processing, shipping & receiving, and coordinating with other departments.
Position Responsibilities
Up to 30% travel is required. If additional travel is required beyond the specified amount, based on the operational demand, you will be notified accordingly so arrangements can be made. Ability to work on remote or distant projects as needed for several months. 24-hour and 7-day-a-week availability based on project or emergency response needs.

Position Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming inventory and materials
- Pick and fill orders from asset stock
- Pack and ship orders to projects and other warehouse locations
- Perform regular inventory counts and update records as needed
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Organize warehouse space and maintain cleanliness and safety
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Communicate with other departments, such as purchasing, to coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Handle and resolve any tasks assigned by Warehouse & Logistics
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
- Update Inventory management platform for quality control
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of experience in similar position
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred, but not required
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
- Valid driver’s license and/or passport
- TWIC certification or the ability to obtain upon hire
- Digital experience with D4H system or maintenance connection systems
