We are looking for a compassionate and energetic Activity Assistant to join our team in a skilled nursing and long term care setting. This role is responsible for assisting with planning, organizing, and implementing activities that enhance the physical, emotional, and social well being of our residents.

Schedule:
- Full Time (Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 4:30PM) - Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Part Time (Saturday & Sunday: 2 PM - 10PM) - Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and leading group and one on one activities
- Support holiday events, themed activities, and special programs
- Encourage resident participation and engagement
- Document participation and attendance
- Transport residents to and from activities as needed
- Maintain activity supplies and organized spaces
- Work closely with nursing and interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, or long-term care setting.
- Creative, upbeat, and patient personality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have an Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Must have a valid BLS or CPR Certification
