Enterprise Applications Engineer Role and Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor applications and advise on solutions that prevent or minimize impacts to a production environment
- Analyze and resolve problems according to shifting priorities, time frames, resources, and document resolutions
- Complete work in a timely and precise manner while providing exceptional customer service to maintain, and improve applications
- Environment Management - application environment maintenance such as patching, upgrades, and monitoring
- 5 years of Enterprise Applications Engineer experience in dynamic corporate environments with strong troubleshooting and support skills across multiple platforms
- Proficiency with Power Platform and Power Apps including PowerShell scripts
- Familiar with Azure fundamentals including Azure Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Capable of creating and updating sites and resolving user access/permission issues using SharePoint
- ServiceNow and/or New Relic experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Word Press experience is a plus
- Bachelors Degree
