What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRM Solutions Architect position at Resolution Processing?
Architect the Operating System Behind Client Success
At Resolution Processing, our CRM platform is more than a database; it is the core operating system that drives the entire client lifecycle, from lead intake and compliance workflows to payments, negotiations, and settlement execution.
We are looking for a CRM Solutions Architect to design, build, and scale this platform from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity for a highly technical systems builder who thrives in greenfield architecture environments, enjoys solving complex workflow challenges, and wants to create the scalable infrastructure that will power long-term growth.
You won’t just configure workflows, you’ll define the system standards, automation logic, integrations, and reporting frameworks that become the backbone of the business.
If you’re excited about ownership, scale, and the chance to architect something that will support thousands of clients and future operational teams, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Build
CRM Architecture & Lifecycle Design
- Architect and build the CRM platform from the ground up
- Design scalable data structures supporting compliance, workflow logic, and multi-program tracking
- Map the full client lifecycle from lead intake through program completion
- Establish system-wide standards including naming conventions, statuses, and governance protocols
Integrations & Technical Infrastructure
- Design integrations with telephony platforms, payment processors, e-signature tools, document systems, and lead sources
- Build API, webhook, and event-driven automation frameworks
- Extend platform functionality using microservice-based architecture (i.e. Node.js, Python, or similar)
Automation & Workflow Strategy
- Create end-to-end workflow automations across communications, escalations, compliance checkpoints, and task routing
- Build conditional logic tied to payment behavior, client engagement, and creditor responses
- Continuously optimize workflows to improve speed, quality, and efficiency
Reporting, Data & System Intelligence
- Build dashboards for pipeline tracking, client progression, settlement outcomes, team productivity, forecasting, and staffing
- Ensure data integrity and governance standards across all systems
- Translating business requirements into scalable reporting frameworks
Cross-Functional System Ownership
- Serve as the subject matter expert and system owner for the CRM ecosystem
- Partner with other departments
- Own documentation, architecture standards, and future admin handoff strategy
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience designing large-scale CRM systems or enterprise software architectures with a focus on solution scalability
- Expertise in CRM data modeling, workflow engines, automation frameworks, and API integrations and webhooks
- Experience extending CRM capabilities through microservices (Node.js, Python, or similar)
- Strong understanding of the debt settlement lifecycle, including enrollment, accumulation, negotiation, and settlement
- Ability to balance hands-on building with long-term systems strategy
- Highly structured with strong documentation discipline
Preferred Experience:
- CRM integrations with AWS or similar platforms
- Payment processing tools used in debt resolution
- Data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake
- High-volume client environments (5,000 active clients)
- Credit repair, consumer advocacy, or debt validation workflows
Why Join Resolution Processing?
This is a chance to build something foundational. If you’re a systems thinker who wants to move beyond administration into true platform architecture ownership, this role offers the opportunity to create the engine that powers operational scale for years to come.
