This role is a unique opportunity to lead and scale Resmed’s design system practice — building the foundations that connect experience, brand, accessibility, and product delivery across digital touchpoints.
You’ll be responsible for driving adoption of our design system across teams and regions, managing the governance and evolution of system components, and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Accessibility, and Brand teams to ensure consistency and quality across our digital ecosystem.

This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.
Base Pay Range for this position:
$167,000 - $240,000
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

- Leading the strategy and evolution of ResMed’s digital design system
- Working with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the system supports both user and business needs
- Driving adoption across teams by showcasing value, enabling contribution, and embedding best practice
- Scaling accessibility and inclusive design through integrated system guidelines and components
- Managing design system operations: tooling, documentation, process, versioning, and governance
- Coaching and mentoring a team of designers and system contributors
- Connecting design system metrics to product quality and efficiency outcomes
- You’re a seasoned design leader with deep expertise in design systems, UX/UI, and digital accessibility, with at least 3-5 years of experience managing a design system
- You have experience working at scale — across multiple products, platforms, or regions
- You know how to balance the craft of design with the needs of engineering and product delivery
- You bring clarity, structure, and energy to cross-functional collaboration
- You’re passionate about making design scalable, accessible, and impactful
