What You'll Do:
As a Strategic Account Representative, you'll be at the forefront of managing our relationships with key partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating reservations for our Body Shop, Long-Term, and Rideshare customers, ensuring a smooth start to their rental experience.
- Processing rentals virtually, guiding customers through the rental agreement process with ease.
- Troubleshooting any issues customers may encounter, providing quick and effective solutions.
- Working directly with insurance companies to verify coverage and collect payments from our Body Shop partners.
- Delivering excellent customer service as you represent RESLA to our primary partners, building trust and satisfaction.
- Exceptional customer service experience with a strong focus on client relationships.
- Outstanding attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all processes.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
