Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant based in Sarasota, FL. The Personal Assistant will manage a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including diary management, coordinating schedules, and handling correspondence on behalf of executives. The role also involves providing executive-level administrative support, managing daily operations, and maintaining efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management
- Competence in Clerical Skills, including organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus
