We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive the strategic direction of our business. This role you will be in charge of managing warehouse employees and all shipping and reciveig that is coming in and out.
Duties
- Lead and supervise operational teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage profit loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members for professional development.
- Engage in strategic planning to align operational capabilities with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform operational strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
- 5 years of shipping experience
- Forklift Certified
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to analyze data effectively for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
