About the Role:
Resilucent Windows & Glass Inc is looking for a skilled and experienced Glazier to join our team full-time in Frederick, MD! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a growing company where your attention to detail will make a real impact every day.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install glass for windows, doors, storefronts, and other glazing applications
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project specifications
- Safely handle and transport glass panels and glazing materials on job sites
- Perform glass replacement, repairs, and sealant/caulking work
- Inspect completed installations for quality, alignment, and weatherproofing
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience as a Glazier in Commercial settings
- Proficiency in reading a tape measure and installation techniques
- Experience with storefront systems is a plus
- Ability to follow project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
