What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strength and Conditioning Coach position at Resilient Strength and Conditioning?
The coach we’re looking for will coach both sports performance groups, adult functional training groups as well as 1 on 1 private training sessions.
Job Requirements:
Experience required in the health and fitness and/or S&C Industry.
Flexibility with schedule and availability in afternoon/evenings is required.
Non Negotiable - Must have an outgoing personality and be passionate about coaching with a professional and positive attitude.
Strong work ethic and committed to learning.
Understanding of the Functional Movement Screen, Joint by Joint Approach, and Functional Training preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Coach groups with high energy and professionalism, as well as design and implement appropriate training programs for clients and athletes for both 1 on 1 and group settings.
Help to keep facility clean and orderly.
Be a positive role model for young athletes.
Help with content creation for social media and marketing outlets.
This position is part-time with approximately 8-12 hours available to start but can grow into full-time position with the right candidate.
