Client Service Associate - Entry Level

Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will help connect with clients, support events and campaigns, and assist with day-to-day client service activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and is excited about events and fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

• Help identify and reach out to potential clients, sponsors, and partners for events and fundraising campaigns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through in-person meetings.
• Assist with planning and executing events, presentations, and fundraising initiatives.
• Track client interactions, leads, and campaign progress using CRM and other tools.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Stay informed about trends in events and fundraising.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable talking with new clients.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of marketing, sales, or fundraising is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is helpful but not required.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
