We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst – Project Lead to support modernization efforts across HR and financial systems, including the SCEIS SAP ECC platform. You’ll bridge business needs with technical solutions, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills. This is 4 days on-site with 1 day remote work.
️ Responsibilities
Analyze HR and financial systems, especially SAP ECC, to identify gaps and recommend improvements
Lead system upgrades, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and production rollouts
Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, training materials, and system documentation
Develop reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance (HIPAA, FLSA, NIST 800-53, etc.)
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to align system capabilities with business needs
Manage project documentation, schedules, stakeholder meetings, and status reports
Support system integration, security policy design, and operational readiness
✅ Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Experience with HRIS systems and state HR/payroll processes
Strong understanding of data privacy and regulatory frameworks
Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in documentation and training development
Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
