Lead high-impact electronics programs from concept to production, working directly with customers and cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive delivery, manage complexity, and influence product success from day one.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end delivery of complex product development projects
Serve as the primary customer contact, managing expectations and communication
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain
Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks
Drive execution from concept through manufacturing transfer
Mentor project managers and contribute to PMO best practices
What You Bring
5-10 years managing complex technical projects (electronics preferred)
Strong understanding of NPD/NPI and manufacturing processes (DFM/DFT, V&V)
Experience in regulated industries (medical devices highly preferred)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
PMP or similar certification preferred
