What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family law paralegal position at Resiliency LLC?
We are looking for a Marital Paralegal with 3-5 years of family law experience to work directly with one of our attorneys in a busy practice. This is a critical role to support our growing Family Law group, and we need an organized, communicative professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What will you be doing?
- Drafting and filing legal documents, including petitions, motions, and parenting plans.
- Managing discovery, including preparing and responding to interrogatories.
- Preparing and reviewing financial affidavits and supporting documentation.
- Coordinating client communication, court filings, and case deadlines.
- Assisting with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and binders.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of paralegal experience specifically in family law.
- Must come from a law firm background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in the Nashua office 5 days a week.
