Well-established, team-oriented firm in Southern NH seeking an Associate to join our Friendly & Fast-Paced office. You will gain hands-on experience across Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Criminal Defense, and Bankruptcy. In this role you will:
- Manage life-changing cases from initial consultation through resolution.
- Represent clients in NH Circuit and Superior courts under the guidance of Senior Attorney.
- Handle complex estate plans, drafting pleadings and bankruptcy petitions.
- Communicate with clients over telephone, in person and over zoom.
- Family friendly and team orientated environment.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy for clients navigating difficult transitions.
Admission to the NH Bar is required. Training and Support will be provided.
