We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Part Time Evening Therapist to join our growing Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team at Resilience Recovery Center. This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about helping individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders in a structured outpatient setting.
The Evening Therapist will facilitate group therapy sessions, provide individual counseling as needed, complete clinical documentation, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to support client progress and long term recovery. Our program focuses on stabilization, relapse prevention, emotional wellness, and reintegration into daily life through evidence based care and compassionate support.
Schedule consists of evening hours and is ideal for professionals seeking flexible part time work in a supportive and team oriented environment. Experience with substance use treatment, co-occurring disorders, and EMR systems such as Kipu is preferred.
Applicants must hold a valid New Jersey clinical license or credential in good standing. Qualified candidates may include LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LSW, or CADC professionals with experience working in substance use and co-occurring treatment settings.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
