Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Team Supervisor for our youth foster care home in Duluth, MN. As a Team Supervisor, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. Our Celia youth foster program is located in Duluth, MN near the Miller Hill Mall. Celia provides support to young people ages 9-14 with support needs due to cognitive disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions.
Shifts: Weekdays 7:00 am-9:00 am, 8:00 am-4:00 pm, 4:00 pm-10:00 pm. Every other weekend 8:00 am-4:00 pm, 4:00 pm-10:00 pm.
Salary: $24.25-$25.25/hour
This program has a rate exception of $4.50 per hour on top of RSI's regular wages. Rate exceptions are requested by RSI from the Department of Human Services (DHS) due to more significant staff support needs for one or more person at the program, so that we may compensate direct care staff at a higher wage. Please note that rate exceptions are tied to the individual(s) receiving services and will no longer be offered if the individual terminates service with RSI or no longer needs the additional supports.

You will assist in a variety of day-to-day tasks based on the needs and goals of the people you are caring for. Duties may include medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, assistance with personal hygiene and medical cares, and community activities such as shopping, concerts, going out to eat, movies, fitness, outdoor recreation, and more. You will develop meaningful relationships and be part of a person-centered culture that values the people we support and team members. Supervisory responsibilities include a blend of direct support and office duties, including serving as a role-model to staff, training staff, assisting with scheduling, payroll, performance interventions, menu planning, organizing staff meetings, and other duties as assigned.

For This Position You Will Need
- At least one year of experience in the field providing direct care. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- To pass a post-offer background check
- A valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR check
