Team Supervisor (DSP)

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Team Supervisor for our Adult foster care home in Duluth, MN. As a Team Supervisor, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. The Maple Ridge program is located in Duluth off of Central Entrance, about 5 minutes from Marshall High School. The program supports men ranging in age from their mid-twenties to mid-sixties with autism and intellectual disabilities. Shifts: 40 hours per week; mostly Monday - Friday during the day. Occasional evenings and weekends may be needed dependent on program needs.

Shifts: 7:00 am- 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm- 10:00 pm. Every other weekend required.

Salary: $20.25-$21.25 per hour

What You’ll do as a Team Supervisor:
As a Team Supervisor, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. You will assist in a variety of day-to-day tasks based on the needs and goals of the people you are caring for. Duties may include medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, assistance with personal hygiene and medical cares, and community activities such as shopping, concerts, going out to eat, movies, fitness, outdoor recreation, and more. You will develop meaningful relationships and be part of a person-centered culture that values the people we support and team members. Supervisory responsibilities include a blend of direct support and office duties, including serving as a role-model to staff, training staff, assisting with scheduling, payroll, performance interventions, menu planning, organizing staff meetings, and other duties as assigned.

For this position you will need:

• At least one year of experience in the field providing direct care. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• To pass a post-offer background check
• A valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR check
