Benefits Coordinator – In-Office | Keene or Londonderry NH:

We’re on the hunt for a Benefits Coordinator: who can juggle health plans, leave plans, retirement options, and the occasional confused employee with grace, humor, and a whole lot of heart for our 550 employees in NH, ME and NY.
What You’ll Be Doing (besides being awesome):
- Keep benefits running like clockwork:—from enrollments and changes to terminations, all on time and error-free.
- Be the benefits systems guru:, maintaining HRIS and platforms with precision and care.
- Solve benefit puzzles:, whether it’s billing issues, enrollment confusion, or service hiccups.
- Own open enrollment season:, coordinating communications, system updates, and employee support like a pro.
- Answer employee benefit questions with clarity and kindness:, making complex info easy to understand.
- Create and share helpful resources:, like guides and FAQs that actually make sense.
- Keep records squeaky clean:, supporting audits and reports with accurate data.
- Manage leave programs with empathy and efficiency:, guiding employees through FMLA, ADA, parental leave, and more.
- Stay on top of compliance:, ensuring we meet all federal and state regulations like ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA.
What You Bring to the Table: :
- A degree in HR, Business or related field experience and certifications may be substituted.
- A minimum of three years benefits administration experience
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality
- A sense of humor and a love for helping people
