Residential Equity Partners, a leader in innovative real estate solutions, is launching the REAP for Accountants Program, (Residential Equity Accountant Partners), a first-of-its-kind referral network designed to help accountants, financial planners, and tax preparers provide more value to their clients while creating new revenue streams for themselves. We’re seeking a Managing Director to lead recruitment, relationship development, and long-term network growth.

Position Overview


You’ll be the architect and face of the REAP for Accountants Network, responsible for designing its structure, recruiting top-tier professionals, and creating lasting, mutually beneficial and profitable partnerships. Your mission: build a high-value statewide network that connects accountants, financial planners and tax preparers to our services, helping their clients solve complex real estate challenges while generating significant business for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Network Building

· Design and execute the REAP growth plan with a focus on targeted professional recruitment.

· Develop compelling recruitment campaigns, presentations, and onboarding experiences tailored to accountants, financial planners, and tax preparers.

· Create high-impact networking events, webinars, and educational content to engage and retain members.


B2B Recruitment & Partner Development

· Identify, engage, and enroll qualified professionals into the REAP for Accountants Network.

· Build and nurture trust-based relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing success.

· Become a trusted industry connector and resource to network members.





Performance & Growth Management

· Track recruitment activity, referrals, and performance using CRM and analytics tools.

· Collaborate with Residential Equity Partners’ internal teams to ensure exceptional partner and client satisfaction.

· Consistently achieve and exceed recruitment and revenue growth targets.

Required Qualifications


· Proven track record recruiting professionals into B2B networks, ideally within accounting, finance, or professional services sectors.

· Strong business development, networking, and relationship management skills.

· Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results focused.

· Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

· Experience designing and running programs from concept to scale.


Preferred Experience (Not Required):

· Background in accounting, working with CPAs, financial planners, and tax preparers.

· Knowledge of real estate, professional services marketing and client referral dynamics.

Compensation


· Base Salary: $100,000 annually

· Commissions & Bonuses: Uncapped – top performers can earn $250,000 annually

· Company-supported networking budget, marketing resources, and travel allowances.

Location & Work Style


· Based in Melville, NY (Hybrid: office in-person partner meetings virtual strategy calls).

· Statewide travel for events, recruitment, events, and partner development.
